No you didn´t, because you are still talking about random people on the net spoiling something they have seen, not about people who are contractually bound to not reveal anything and are in business with it.

You think spoiler providers are random people? They receive the magazine for different purposes, whether it´s promotion, or selling the magazine and so forth, and somebody from that circle reveals spoilers and even scans the chapter for monetary gain.
YonkouProductions and whatnot are not the spoiler providers, somebody in Japan is who receives the chapters prior to the official release, and he is bound by contract, same as in the West.

So yes, you are wrong, just move on.

I hope that's true. There's no reason to keep doing the scans now that Viz releases simultaneously with Japan for free.
