The moon busting feat was a bit of an outlier iirc. It was said in the Buu Saga that you need a power level of 10,000 to blow up a planet, so Master Roshi should have been too weak to blow up a moon

Heh they very likely really had that kind of durability and AP honestly. Pretty confident all other attacks of that nature were meant to be that powerful. It would have been illogical to portray that outlier like that differently.
