Do you guys think Sanji is wearing a Raid Suit in this chapter?

Yes or No?
i think he's not wearing it now but he will soon

Sure, the four winged birdman won't fight the sky kaiser and Queen won't ever attack Zoro :hihihi:
yep, they already have their opponents

There is a difference with development and growth/progress.

Luffy from day 1 is someone who unconditionally believes in himself and goes after the dream he had as a kid.
The Ace stuff took that away, and his challenge was to overcome his loss and not lose his unconditional belief.

Like i said, not liking Luffy for what he is, i completely understand, and in the end matter of taste. Especially post-TS he has been too one-dimensional.
But Luffy was never the character that is supposed to grow, for better or worse, he is supposed to make his environment grow, at least mentally.
I just wanted to say that is a great point about Luffy's character. I have argued before that the SHs don't necessarily change, it's the world that changes due to their influences.

However, Luffy can sometimes wear me out because the formula for his character doesn't change. I understand that he's supposed to have an unwavering belief in himself. When the manga has been going on since '97, I think people get tired of him acting the same way. After all One Piece did go on longer than Oda original
originally intended it to.

What would you say was missing from the Tobi Roppo fights? How would you improve them? I'd have each Straw Hat assisted by a Scabbard and maybe make Franky and Robin learn COA.
Easy, make straw hats face haki users and have them get initialy overpowered by coa and coo! Then, have them put up a better fight by showcasing their new techniques! And Finally, after taking a good pummeling, have them unlock some form of haki to finish the fight with their big moves!Ace unlocked haki in this fashion in the novels!

Honestly I am starting to dislike stuff like The Strawhats just Yelling "Luffy will become the Pirate King" over the smallest thing

As much as I dislike the corny "open up Wano's borders" yelling the scabbards do

Thanks for answering.
The fights are similiar, yes. But there are differences.
-Sanji would probably die if it wasnt for Law saving him. The situation between Luffy and Doglamingo wasnt nearly as tense.
-Sanji used high end DJ moves at Doflamingo. Luffy didnt even use armament.
Well, yes there are differences of course. But that's to be expected since a) That was Sanji's climactic fight of the arc, and b) it's a writing choice.

The choice between "Doflamingo Punched Me" and "Doflamingo Put Me In Parasite" is entirely up to Doflamingo. In addition, Sanji was completely isolated in the air, while Doflamingo probably couldn't try that because Kyros was also there.

Opening strike, blocked/evaded.

Doflamingo Counters with 5 Colored Strings

A Final Attack ends the initial confrontation, and the fight is interrupted

Some elements are more 1-1, with Sanji and Luffy both failing at landing a barrage attack.

In fact, this scene seems written to answer "how did Doflammingo block Sanji with his coat" the same way Oda did for abilities he initially keeps hidden. If you recall, Doflamingo never shows Color of Arms before this, even when kicking Fujitora's sword. For another example, see Nico Robin's initial introduction vs her repeating the same scene again with powers showed, or Bartolomeo's initially invisible shields.
.

Besides your reasoning with hiding ability did not make sense since it has nothing to do with strings, and hiding Haki makes no sense since

1) Hardening is basic stuff for people on this level
2) Oda literally revealed DD using both strings and Haki (CoC) on Punk Hazard before this.

Having said that, Luffy also did not stand a chance vs Doflamingo in G2/G3 whatsoever, and i see post-TS Sanji at least equal to G4-less Luffy until he got FS. Luffy in base only started to compete with DD for a short while immediately after he got GK, and soon after still had no chance.

I want more details on Killer vs Hawkins. Finally a fight where the outcome is open storywise. I trust completely in my boy killer, but this fight will be top notch.
That is probably a good point to start up the debate overall about the way how Oda handle the war so far.

Manythings as that most outcome of battles are clear and predictable for everyone. In case i feeling like Oda putting to many characters on this raid and don't know to handle the situation. The build up for multiple fractions yet so many characters didn't get the chance to proof anything.

Best example Denjiro,Izo,Kawamatsu, all 3 are free and I doubt that they go the rooftop again so what is the point to bring these characters back if you not give them any fight anymore? Same for Law crew, Bepo and the other two are in the war but we literally not see any battle for these characters even though Oda thinking to have these 3 in the war beeing important(only Law members in the war so far).
At worst Kid crew literally don't take any screentime,no Wire or Heat action just nothing. So many characters and so many potential but Oda clearly fail to put them into a perfect mission. Having so many characters could open up some great concept of a war who wasn't like the usually Shonen war concept.

Shonen usually concept for wars:
Character A/Character B
1.A beating B where the war is to one sided for a fraction to a point when the fights are to predictable(right now the raid and the outcome off most shonen wars).

2.B beating A, A making a comeback and beating B later in a second war(Bleach with the sternritter who destroy first Yamato and his troup and get defeated later, even though the war had many twist again which didn't make the fights so much predictable)

3. A beating B, B Beating A, scenario where everyone can beat everyone, where even heroes losing and need to learn about the the lose, from both sides characters can lose or win, in case this open up more fights and better perspective and making the battle unpredictable(Kingdom)

This raid so far doesn't feel much different like DR or Fishmen island so far for me outside of Kaido Asswhopping many characters. Yes we have far more characters but Oda didn't change his concept not like what we see in Marineford who was like scenario 3. What I imagine in a war is not a one side battles but that is what it is. Sad for characters like Law crew or even Kid crew to shine too before the Strawhats take all the glory shine in next arcs.

The opportunity for a different war concept was given and probably Oda could still use it, but I doubt that he do it at this point.

Om pretty sure Killer going to win the battle.
For me Hawkins make a big mistake who going to cost his win. And im pretty sure Killer is using the trick to beat Hawkins.

Since the Flying six fights are really done, how the users here did view the battles so far, did they enjoy it?

even queen hesitated to take on x drake in a 1v1 lool stop the cap. queen had to get who's who and hawkins and then gang up on x drake to confront him and didnt do it 1v1.
:queenhear:
Where is he? How has he been remotely useful? Is keeping a 3/4th dead apoo busy all he will do? And stop capping. Queen solod that fool in a mintue while the others watched and laughed.
