Zoro gets settled with king (instead of Kaido), ZKK is dying. At the same time Sanji seems to faint suddenly.
so both sides get toxic as defense.
And I just sit here, enjoying that with popcorn.

Anything Zoro does or does not do against, Kid looked worse on the rooftop.
I admit it was a very specific battle with circumstantial feats, nevertheless Kid almost looked worse than Killer and takes last place.

If Kid and Law actually do something truly noteworthy (push it beyond mid or high diff) or even beat BM, you can quote me and i take my L.

Zoro didn't fall from Killer but from hunger/stomach problems. There is a difference. That was why Zoro's stomach made the same noise Luffy's stomach made when he passed out. That was after all fighting was over meaning he wasn't going to allow his stomach to interfere with the battles.

It doesn't matter how you look at it Killer didn't knock Zoro out.

Zoro was nerfed too. He only has 2 swords and didn't use any name attack until after he grabbed the scythe. The fact he put the scythe to better us than Killer shows us the difference between them. Zoro could have ended the battle sooner if he would have used a name attack earlier.

Oda used that battle to hype Zoro and Killer. Killer hype came from fighting even with Zoro, while using 2 swords not two sword style, in CQC for a while with scythes. Zoro hype came from fighting and beating Killer and Fox at the same time with 2 swords, quickly adapting the scythe to his fighting style and blitz and oneshot Killer with the scythe with a name attack. Later on informing us the fight results would have been the same even if Killer had his punisher blades.

I believe the same thing will happen with King and it's the reason Zoro fought Kaido and Big Mom on the roof first. Oda wanted to hype up Zoro with them and give us a better understanding of his strength. He will now use those 2 to hype up each other. King hype will come from fighting Zoro and not being easily defeated. It wouldn't be a low difficult battle. Zoro hype will come from improving his CoC during the battle and beating King without being pushed to his highest level.

Kaido is glorifying Oden’s death, Roger’s death, but he’s going for his death in the wrong way

it’s not about how you die… it’s about what are you dying for?

- WB died for his sons..
- Oden died for his scabbards and for Wano
- Roger didn’t wait for illness to kill him, and he started the golden age of piracy with his death and made the whole world look for One Piece for the cause of void century shit.

While Kaido will die for what? Just dying in a battle or dying in spectacular way is not a glorious death if it’s not for a cause…

I want Kaido to realize that at his last moments… where he feels like “I’m dting this grandeose way but why do I feel like something is lacking? Why do I feel something is missing”
Then it hits him… he’s basically dying in vein, an empty death, no cause, no purpose… just pure idiocy…

Sanji and Zoro are both settling into high YC level at the same time. Only chronic Zoro overestimaters would feel insecure at this development.

Which is exactly what i say since the beginning of Wano. King as first mate of Kaido is already an extreme impressive fight and growing of zoro. Just compare it to his previous fight with Pica. But they wanted to overestimated him like hell, cant stop to overargue him and i always told, it will backfall when he isnt killing Kaido or being in an one by one vs Kaido.
Still a few weeks ago they claimed Zoro will oneshot King with Enma. Now we are here. Haki + Enma and King is tanking it. They just went to hard overboard. And its so unnecessary, since Zoro does extreme impressive and enjoyable this arc. I really like the character, but the fandom... uff.

Cook being able to do all the things Zoro did, namely overpowering Kaido's tornadoes, breaking through his scales, overpowering his Hell Hakkei, and giving Kaido a permanent scar, remain a hard sell for me personally. I just cannot fathom, for the sake of the argument that Cook and Zoro are equals, exactly how Cook would have been able to do all those without inducing the biggest PIS in the series. I mean, because Cook could hurt Queen, then they believe Cook can hurt Kaido? Mind boggling.

Or to a lesser extent, we saw that Cook couldn't overpower Doflamingo's Parasite back in Dressrosa, whereas Zoro overpowered Fujitora's gravity. These people probably argued that Cook could have overpowered Fujitora, too, back then, despite evidence to the contrary, smh.

P. S.

If the argument of those who believe them to be equals boils down to "Plot demands Zoro schooling Kaido, so if plot demands it, Cook can school Kaido, too", then no one can stop me from promoting "Usopp can scar Kaido, too, if plot demands it". Nonsensical, I know, but "plot demands it" is always nonsensical. That's why it's such a poor excuse.

Zoro's main arc battle is going to be a YC who is practically the equal of Sanji's main arc battle (just wait for the bounty reveal, will make it obvious)

Lots of characters have overperformed against characters that they would have no chance against in a proper 1v1 fight. Have you forgotten that this is the same arc where Franky, Robin and Jinbe all took turns on Big Mom? Random Wano samurai with no chance against a yonko ended up cutting Kaido as well.

I'm sorry that Zoro's proper 1v1 battle won't live up to your two piece dreams.

Tl;dr: Zoro shall beat Kaido but cant deal with some "bauchfauchi" according to you. Seems legit.

Manything can happen and contribute to Kaidou's death. But Kaidou has to die. There's too many times Oda linked Kaidou with death already.

I agree but Oda wont show a character sucessfully attempting suicide. Oda has already shown his opinion on suicide in the manga.

Because HP =/= AP. Atleast that is how it goes in one piece. Luffy got pierced in his torso against Katakuri but it didn't effect his snakeman power. Doflamingo took gamma knife but his god thread is still at best. And it is stupidity to call battle injury a nerf.

Zoro is base natural human.
Broken bones will extremely limit attack power, just take sanji for example, he couldn't stand the shock of his kicks with few broken ribs, and immidiatly fell down when he broke his leg vs kuma...
