Kamazo's attack wasn't fatal and he was bandaged up and had plenty of time to heal, Luffy was infected by a plague, knocked out by Kaido etc. far worse in similar pre-raid timescales. The Katakuri fight +WCI arc shows the peak of Luffy's stamina/endurance FAR FAR FAR above anything Zoro has EVER shown but you are a zorotard who doesn't read non-Zoro panels so you wouldn't know.

He didn't fight big Mom he failed in cheap shots against her and stalled ONE of her homies, temporarily.

Zoro didn't tank shit, he was nearly KO'd by that attack, despite Law saving him.

Luffy wouldn't have died against Apoo, he is too durable and has unconscious CoC defence, it would have fucked up his stamina later though if he took damage.

Luffy wouldn't have died or even been caught by Kaido's bite if not for Zoro's incompetence, Luffy has been shown to be able to run away after g4 runs out, but relied and trusted Zoro to save him, Luffy's mistake for trusting him but still. (Oda confirmed even Dressrosa Luffy did the same tactic to regenerate haki as quickly as possible but this was not necessary)

And LUFFY is so durable, so durable that every time he needs someone to save his ass. Zoro already saved his ass twice but when he got another L and there was no zoro around , he got his ass saved by LAW 's CREW and is still wasting time while on the other hand GRANDMASTER is ready to fight king and then Kaido

Your post is technically "true", but misleading. Let me break it down for you with an example.
Machvise was full HP, but still "one hit away" from losing, because he lost after Hajrudin bust through with one powerful hit.

The hajrudin vs machvice is the weirdest fight in one piece imo.
He went from getting one shot by base luffy to muscling through 10,000 ton and broken bones.
Though it could be something special to the giants of elbaf.
The "spear of elbaf" could be a power source like wano's "sunatchi".

Killer wasn't at his best when he was Kamazou but his physical stats shouldn't be that far different to Kamazou either as Killer's mind was rather broken.

The thing is, Killer is a strong physical fighter. I get what you mean with Apoo but Killer is definitely different. Yet, King managed to struggle this off, an attack drastically stronger than the one which put Kamazou down.

Whatever people say, I think this clearly shows the gap between King and Killer, let alone Apoo who was fodderized.

Let's wait and see why King will keep standing(I assume) from such attack before properly comparing him...
Marco can withstand Zoro's slashes better than Kaido, not because he is stronger than Kaido but because he has an ability that conveniently helps with such. King may be tough as Ancient Zoan but such an attack should bring him down regardless.
If he is still standing, I assume there is an ability that we dont know of. I'd be surprised if he can shrug off such hits without special ability.

He could hardly contain himself, and with Katakuri we know if you do not have concentration, Haki ain´t gonna happen.

Physicality is a highly variable thing as you know.
Killer from taking two Big Mom attacks was perfectly fine, unless you wanna tell me Rengoku Onigiri is above those attacks in anyway, it´s clear Kamazou is not Killer and vice versa.
