Time is irrelevant in Onigashima and the pacing is just weird, the only relevant things happens onscreen, thats pretty much clear, Queen was completely clowning Chopper, and he made it clear more than once, then defeated him with a casual bite and prepared to "eat Chopper alive".
Queen didn't needed assistance, he slashed Drake to the ground, the other ones were there mainly because they were enemies.
Queen gets scared with people eating his food, it's a gag.

We don't even know if Jinbei beats Jack, he mid diffed Who's Who (considering he is out), he isn't more impressive than Queen by anymeans

And sanji keeps sneak attacking him but even chopper dealt more damage.
The only thing that's impressive about queen is his ability to get sneak attacked 4 times in a row and not a give a shit about it.
