So you think the one using the arrow is indie? Hmm, well, the current speculation is that Kira's dad is mafia and using the arrow and Kira is indie.

Dyna has 2 abilities from what he claimed - bulletproof vest and another ability that steals the ability of anyone who targets him. He doesn't have any investigating abilities from what he claimed to us.

What if I were protected? I would know who the doc would be and the attacker. It would help the PoE way more. I was a much hotter target. Mafia knew this so they didnt target me tho. It proves mafia is afraid of towns backline.
