Oden is among the most overrated characters Post TS
yeah , Imu has the stronger case to be the FV :
• the leader and potentially the strongest of CDs
• who may have been directly involved in Void Century when they defeat the OG strawhat wearer + potentially with 3 Ancient Weapons combined ( if this is true , nobody will ever beat this feat except SHs and Allies themselves )
i think the 3 Ancient Weapons could originally belong to Joy Boy's Great Kingdom , that is why Pluton is written on a Poneglyph in Alabasta , and Poseidon is said to be written on a Skypiean Poneglyph . Uranus is mysterious , but probably is written on some Poneglyph as well .
besides that , my main problem with Teach becoming the FV is that , his crew members , taking the strongest of them ( Shiryuu ) as an example might be a good indication :
• Shiryuu being Zoro's final opponent imply he would have to surpass Zoro's other potential opponents ( Shodai Kitetsu Elder , Kizaru ) but his parallel was Oden , who was barely a top tier .
i don't think Zoro will fight Mihawk but Shiryuu would have to surpass him too , considering Mihawk is the original final benchmark for Zoro .
• Shiryuu's opponent from Red Haired Pirates i think is Beckmann , who is not a top tier although among the closest .
i think Mihawk will be there with Shanks , but Hawk won't fight Shiryuu , he'll assist Shanks in fighting Teach with Pluton ( i believe Teach wanted to take Pluton in Alabasta )
there is no way Shanks could fend off the firepower of Teach + Pluton by himself , i don't think even Roger or WB could do that . Mihawk has to assist him to give a fight
• currently the only potential supporting argument i see for Shiryuu becoming Zoro's final opponent is , if his Thunderstorm sword is actually one of the 12 .
if Raiu is anything but one of the 12 , it'll bury his chance of becoming Zoro's final opponent , and further indicate that Shodai Kitetsu Elder is Zoro's final opponent instead ( look at other Supreme Grade owners - Roger , WB , Mihawk ) .

Diference is that most of the zoro wank ends up being true, while Sanji gets hype from his fans from doing absolutely nothing, CoC, scaring Kaido, fighting YC1,etc.. All confirmed as truth.
Yeah, some people still say he will be killing Kaido and i dont agree with that, but hey....Most of their wank has been on point soo far.

i would say most beloved character by his fandom but certainly not overrated Zoro usually delivers on his hype
Doffy has a pretty big and solid wankbase which put him at ridicoulous levels while being serious.
Anyway about Zoro the point is that Oda is his biggest fan. Early Wano everybody, outside of the Zoro fandom, had doubts at putting him vs King.. Then he gets Enma the Kaido slayer, then he tanks a combo attack saving Luffy, Kid, Killer and Law (and so pretty much the whole allaiance) and finally scares Kaido. Even the worst Zoro wanker couldn't have dreamed it yet Oda delivered it.
