We're only going by the quality of writing (pacing, themes, logic, execution) combined with the enjoyment factor when reading it in one go, right?

Fishman Island 5/10
Punk Hazard 6.5/10
Dressrosa 7/10
Zou 9/10
Whole Cake Island 7/10 (up until the Tamatebakko explosion a 10/10, then a 3/10)
Reverie 10/10
Wano 7.5/10 (yes, it has flaws, but when you read it in one go it's enjoyable and only Udon drags quite a bit)

So FI is pretty clearly the worst postskip arc for my taste. The rest is solid, but only the short Reverie and Zou arcs really stand out imho.

Punk Hazard, because it is the only New World Arc where I don't remember any enjoyment while reading it.

Also, Law's soul switch ability is bullshit and the people turned into statues by the gas being easily saved was hideous. Caesar also wasn't the fun character that he is today. I'd even say Punk Hazard is the worst 20+ chapter arc in One Piece.

Fishman Island had some interesting moments and a few memorable characters like Otohime and Fisher Tiger but the villains were underwhelming (even if Hordy was meant to be a symbol of the irrational hate born from racism between Fishman and humans, he didn't need to lack charisma) and the royals that arc were boring to me. Wasn't a fan of Shirahoshi or her brothers. Fishman Island gets my vote. Vander Decken was whatever, Big Mom stuff was nice.

WCI is the Garbage arc ever wrote by oda
even manag sales were drop when that shit going without zoro

Horseshit backstory and focousing on a Okama that who dont even deserve to be in the crew anymore

MC getting shit by his own crewmate like a pussy. wtf

what a disgusting arc OP would be dead if Katakuri didnt carried that arc

Well WCI easily no? :lusalty:

Imagine featuring a yonko arc for the first time and end up with such low quality yonko and low quality action, astounding amounts of PIS towards such, incomplete plot content etc.
I like WCI more than Dressrosa because:
- Its different from the classic formula "Population to save". Here is just a infiltration mission first, and an attempt to kill a Yonko after
- Its more SH centered than Dressrosa
- Luffy vs Katakuri is better than Luffy vs Doflamingo
- WCI is more bizzarre and "One Piece style" than Dressrosa, which is just Barcelona with talking toys
- Its a little shorter than Dressrosa

Well it's undoubtedly more SHs centered, but ultimately there's still the issue about its consistency to cope with. I found the PIS surrounding Big Mom's character extremely appalling personally in particular, really ruined the mood of the arc for me. A real exaggeration.
