Agree, the same Ulti and Pageone force Luffy to use G4, tank tons of insane attack but WsW go down with one strong punch lmao?
As reader Oda can´t expect from me to scale WsW above Ulti after his poor performance.
As it should be but Oda fail it so hard witth both WsW and Sasaki and we stand here with a Ulti who has far better feats then WsW and Sasaki. And if we go by feats without scaling,Ulti overshine WsW and Sasaki.

Sasaki, Black Maria and Who's Who are cosolidados as former captains pirates, having your own private crew of subordinates. Ulti and Page One are new pirates, most likely without great experiences in the New World. Yeah there an explanation for likely less bounty they have in relation to the older trio of flying six.
