The same number in Japanese has different pronunciations and Japanese people like to make puns on them. Oda, for example, used it in some rewards, like the Yonkous ones. In the Queen's reward, the 3 can be pronounced as San and the 2 as Ji resulting in Sanji. If we follow this pattern and push the pronunciation a little bit, we can pronounce Zoro as 3 Zo and 6 ro. Or 95 would pronounce it like 9 kin 5 go.
