Crackers bounty is really close to Smoothie, but still not as close as King and Queen.

King and Queen is the smallest gap we have in the manga in the same crew for top YC's.

Katakuri and Smoothie is not really close. The gap is almost 2x as large as the one between Cracker and Smoothie, and Oda makes a clear distinction where he puts Katakuri above 1 Bil and Smoothie bellow 1 Bil.

For King and Queen he puts them both between 1,3 and 1,4 bil, and he puts Queen a whole 320 mil above Jack. That's an even bigger gap than the one between Katakuri and Cracker.
