I do believe Yonko’s will be below Sanji EoS however for sure

Zoro stopping that attack for even few seconds make it a Yonko level+ feat as Zoro momentarily stopped the momentum of the attack that is 2 or 3 times the power of one Yonko.

So one Yonko can not momentarily stop that attack as you would need force much more than half of the attack's force to thward the momentum of the attack.
No yonko can thwart it logically, they would be sent flying like Oden.
Then Zoro deflected it as well.

If Zoro tanked it fully, he would be God Tier, but tanking it and blocking it as long as he did makes him yonko+ tier at least physically
