and no, all it means is that hawkins is dogshit compared to killer and zoro. that doesnt equate killer and zoro although i do agree that killer is a top5 supernova.
In the end, these guys are near eos level already or else there would be another timeskip. And since roger has 3 yonko fighters and so is luffy. So zoro and sanji are near yonkos already. Theres a reason why the strawhats easily defeated the tobi roppos coz these strawhats is going to be the pks crew in a few months.
1. we are not close to eos level yet. eos level is where zoro and sanji are fighting admirals 1v1 each.
2. roger did not have 3 yonko fighters. roger and rayleigh are there but oden and gaban are weaker than that.

there's around 200 chapters left for one piece if we're going by oda's latest estimation (5 years) which is mostly wrong and it would probably go for longer than that.
oden is respected by kaido doesnt make him yonko level although he is quite close to that. and even if oden is around yonko level, there's nothing to state that gaban was stronger than oden or yonko level. and no, anime filler doesnt count.
