Don't believe Luffy will take on Teach alone , so i bet on Luffy taking on Akainu
Besides Sabo just ate Mera2 in Dressrosa ( 3 arcs ago ) , makes no sense if he gets Awakening ( required to defeat Akainu ) in EOS which is 3 arcs away
( Elbaf , Raftel , vs WG arc ) when Luffy Ace and Teach themselves have no Awakenings after years with their DFs
As for Teach , i believe Luffy + Fujitora will defeat him , but Weevil has to play a role too and i don't see what role he can play in Wano rn , so Weevil might be thrown in there too against Teach

Idk when will Akainu get defeated though , maybe next arc ? since Oda implied Vivi Sabo Hancock will be in bad situations
But it'll be better if Akainu gets defeated with WG ( after Teach's defeat ) , WG's war will be better if they go down with their strongest force ( Marines , especially now they will get SSG Weapon )
I don't believe Blackbeard Pirates will be that relevant , otherwise Oda wouldn't have given an underwhelming DF to their 2nd strongest ( Shiryu )

actually many people have a grudge against akainu (lol).

What growth does he has? We have seen BB scheme and drill his way to the top (that one day he will reach) tricking the WG in making him a warlord, getting new crewmates from the worst Impel down lvl 6 prisoners, steal WB fruit, beat Marco and the other survivors of the WB pirates and be recognized as an emperor, had some beef with the revos, is looking for strong df and now he is working on something else (warlords). While Akainu is the same we saw 2 years ago, he had his duel with Aokiji but he is not struggling to improve unlike BB who little by little is ascending to his probable eos final villain status.
He has his portrayal, sure, he killed Ace and is the new fleet admiral but Oda is not building him up to be a final villain, heck even in his organization he is not at the top and, unlike Aokiji, he has never been shown to be really against his superiors to the point to try to overcome them (and so gain a new status that could make his comparison with BB more logic).
Then I saw the edit, sure, I agree Akainu will be dealt with eos or a little before that (anyway most likely not as a final villain). Then it could be Luffy or Sabo or even somebody else depending on the situation. Maybe we will get some light on this in the next weeks / months if Oda delivers a scene with a captive Sabo and uncle Akainu talking about Ace (if something like that happens then Oda is starting to built their fight up otherwise he could have other plans for Akainu and Sabo).

Only important villain that could happen in Elbaf is Big Mom due to her connections there, but i believe she'd not return there as an enemy.
It'd be used as a side point to for Big Mom to discover the truth about Caramel that Streusen was hiding and living with the giants. With the revelation that Elbaf isn't important to reach Laugh Tale(Roger didn't need to go there in his journey), it makes Elbaf less important of an arc to reach Laugh Tale, and less important means either short refreshing arc like Zou after a long arc or side story, maybe to relate to Usopp who wanted to go there. I don't see it as something big. On the other hand, Oda focused on the reunion of the rocks, in a throne War where the worst gen was highlighted multiple times and lately by Morgan. I believe it's because in the end, the rocks will be completely destroyed by the worst gen members and thus Big Mom will lose here and there would further be no point in Elbaf being an important arc, and Oda is not that straight forward.
Originally Luffy was supposed to meet back the SHs in 3days, yet ended up having multiple detours that ultimately leaded to a 2years meeting, said detour that Luffy could easily make this time except with the entire SHs agreeing to save his brother the moment they'd hear he is in danger, which is more important for him.
Oda could then use this opportunity for the entire factions(worst gen, marines, shichibukai, revos) to throw down there in this throne war suprematie battle, which might ultimately lead to the fall of the World government "outside face" led by Sakazuki, with Im/Gorosei activating the great "cleansing" period as a last ressort, with it leading to a meeting between Im/Gorosei, Blackbeard and Luffy. What's for sure imo is that they'd meet. It has already been hinted.
I don't see Oda missing this opportunity between good, evil D and Celestial Dragons who have been enemies for centuries

Reason i want sabo to take akainu is cuz luffy will take bb. Luffy and sabo both were brothers to ace so why should luffy take down both of the main guys responsible for ace's down fall? Plus I think it helps ace's will if sabo helps luffy on the road to pk by taking akainu and protecting him where ace failed.
