Are you intentionally misreading what I'm saying, or...? Usopp, my ability blocks everyone who targets me. This is a tier 1 action. Conq is an investigator, which is a tier 2 action. Tier 1 actions resolve before Tier 2 actions. I would have blocked Misty, who is Tier 1 as well. Because my action was self-targeting. Then, Conq would have investigated me, and also have been blocked. So he wouldn't have received results at all. Instead, he claimed to have received results in some form. This meant, to me, that he was lying. However, Conq had roleblock immunity, something I couldn't have possibly guessed when I made my post.
