Nope Usopp gonna prove why he will become Luffy’s YC3. There’s a reason why Oda is teasing Usopp’s CoC, and Yasopp being the YC3 of Shanks does also suggest Usopp will also become a YC3. Keep in mind that Jack would only be at like 25% HP by the time he’s done with Inu, so Usopp would only be beating a Vet level threat essentially. Usopp could start off the fight from long range and try to whittle down Jack’s health gradually. Once Jack reaches Usopp, Usopp would have to receive a power up in order to finish off Jack. CoA/CoC coated bullets? Also, Usopp has to do something bigger than beating a F5 in order to maintain his huge bounty lead over the mid trio

But because it didn't, Zoro narratively has to have closure with Kaido, thus prompting ZKK.:cheers:

Not talking about it in a thematic sense

I'm saying there should have been more environmental or aoe destruction around the attack to show the sheer power of it. Hopefully the anime works on that to make that scene even more amazing.
