There are some instances where advanced CoC was used without black ligthning. Like the attack from Oden called paradise shirataki. It was later on confirmed by oda when an child asked him if he would get stronger if he used these kinds of attacks in the sbs. The same thing could have happened with zoros ashura.
He is, but i doubt in this case. The whole chapter was focused on that, doubt he would forget it for Zoro, but draw Luffy and Kaidou with it the next page.

If that is the case then we would have to make an argument for Zoro doing meaningful damage without advanced CoC though, which every other character who has done anything meaningful to him so far has needed.

By him stating that Oden used CoC on the attack with the mountain god, he also states indirectly that he used it against kaido aswell. Tougen Totsuka however does have the black lightning, which is sometimes an indicator for CoC. The manga basically states itself that ryou alone is too shallow by kaido and luffy stating it.
Maybe there is something different to the no touching thing. Yamato and Luffy both are touching kaido even if they are using visualised CoC with black lightning.
Here is the conversation between the child and oda who confirmed odens paradise shirataki which he used on the mountain god was imbued with CoC.
The very same thing could be applied onto zoros ashrua tbh.

Enma was non factor for Oden who was the original owner as it was confirmed he had used adv CoC to scar Kaido
But somehow it gave Zoro extra abilities that Oden had no access to?
It's not a confirmation that Oden's Togen Shirataki was CoC - the kid talked about 2 attacks, one is Rogers Kamusari and the second is Oden's Togen Shirataki. We know for sure Rogers attack is CoC - that is reason enough for Oda to say ''Take it easy on the CoC's''.

No he wouldn't. It's like when someone tells me they have a Jeep and a Lamborghini and i would say ''Don't over do it when Off-Roading'' or ''Have fun Off-Roading'' - doesn't mean he is driving Off-Road with his Lamborghini or that i am refering to the Lamborghini.

Honestly I don't see an analogy on odas answer. He simply reffered to both instances at once. You simply believe that Odens attack was not with CoC so you could use an analogy as your argument and apply it to oda. Its more simple than that. He simply confirmed both attacks to be with CoC without any rhetorical stylistic devices like you think. Its even absurd to think that he would use something like an analogy as an answer for the kid who most likely doesn't even get what analogies or general rhetorical stylistic devices are.
