I still beeing little surprise over Daifuku and Oven bounty. I mean I never expect such a huge gap between Oven/Daifuku and Perospero. The Veterans of Big moms crew, overall monster who can toe toe even with character as Sanji. When Vito hype them up in same league and when I see Peros bounty, I though Oven and Daifuku would at least get a bounty over 500mio.
Even portrayal wise it is little weird. Vito didn't care about Pekoms or Tamago, both who have large bounty then Daifuku and Oven. Yet even with both haki forms and op df powers, Daifuku and Oven only get 300mio on their head. I would at least expect a bounty above Tamago to show the rank.
Now I wait for Compote bounty, I always though that Compote,Perospero,Daifuku and Oven beeing equal and in same league,but if even Compote as only 300-400mio I would start to believe that Perospero was indeed something special alongside the sweetcommanders and beeing above Daifuku, Oven and Compote.
Because that Im more hyped to see more of Compote and overall screentime for the Big mom pirates,kinda miss them already xD

Yeah Daifuku and Oven's bounty being only 300 Million did surprise me, but there could be multiple reasons for why there bounties are that low. For one starter it's possible that Daifuku and Oven don't leave Totto Land that much, someone like Tamago and Pekoms are known for always leaving Totto Land to go on missions such as committing piracy or getting payments from countries that Big Mom protects. So of course those guys are going to run in with the Marines more, also Tamago could have been somewhat of a well known pirate even before joining Big Mom and we know Pekoms was part of the Nox Pirates before joining the Big Mom Pirates. While Daifuku and Oven probably do sometimes leave Totto Land to commit piracy, they mainly operate in Totto Land and usually have the combatants and other soldiers do their missions for them. As for why Perospero has a huge bounty compared to Daifuku and Oven, it's possible that Perospero leaves Totto Land more than Daifuku and Oven and it's also possible that Perospero has destroyed more countries and caused more casualties as well.
We know that one of the main reasons for why someone has a higher bounty than another character is because of them killing many innocent civilians, this why Kid's bounty was higher than Luffy's pre timeskip and why the Calamities have higher bounties than the Sweet Generals. So of course it might be a similar thing with Perospero, Daifuku, and Oven, where one of the main reasons why Perospero's bounty is higher than Daifuku and Oven is because he killed more innocent civilians.
Also even though the WG knows that Big Mom has 85 kids they however don't know who all the children are, seeing how some of her children like Brûlée and Flampe don't have bounties and they don't know the true appearance Cracker this pretty much means that the WG has no idea who's Big Mom's kids and who's aren't. The children that leave Totto Land a bit more to commit piracy and have more run in with the Marines are of course going to get bounties, those are the children the WG will know more about and those are the ones that they know are Big Mom's kids. Well as @DarkWitch said it might be because Tamago and Pekoms go out of Totto Land and so clash more often with the marines than Oven and Daifuku. It shows again the flaws of the bounty system and the relative lack of knowledge of the WG intelligence about the Yonko crews, just like they ignore Cracker's true appearance and were unaware of Marco's powers. Had the WG intelligence properly done their work they would have known that Oven and Daifuku are above Pekoms and Tamago both in strength and authority.
