The thing they're not points based on facts, just reductive baseless complaints, Luffy being steadfast in his convictions has and will always be part of his character from the start, you might need to binge a re read if you really think he's changed or acting differently.

Its not even close at all

The two are great in their own way but Allen comes from a character driven manga while Luffy is from a plot driven(mostly) manga so character developement wise Allen is way superrior to Luffy in that regard, it's an unfair comparison.
