Just give the villains cool powers. No one wants to see a string or a mochi fruit. I dont care how innovatively they use it. Save that for other characters not the main antagonists.

But one armed Trebol was a great villain after he lost an arm to Law

Erm...HxH is lightyears away in terms of everything. Perhaps the art is of similar standards...or maybe is just more consistent with his art. But the story shits on One Piece. Most especially current OP.
