Yep . boost 1 , heal 3 ( only if character hurted by last poster) and hurt -2 . you cant heal and boost at the same time tho

Boost is to boost your capabilities to hurt/heal a target

He means you can either choose to heal or boost but both work the same way

Heal only counts as 3 and it can only be used if the character was hurted by the last poster

From my point of view, yes. It means you engage the users in a way any other user would, actively participate in debates, and allow a good amount of banter, but not allow it to become drama. Sometimes the mods are a bit hesitant and worried to express their opinions in a way they would like, so it's tedious.
