I don't necessarily think the fight will be a full on 2v2 but yeah there's a good chance Burgess is Jinbe's opponent.

Burgess is defo one of the most prominent members of the BB Pirates but he is not BB’s RHM.
All his Vivre Card states is that he was one of the founding members of the Blackbeard Pirates.
The one with a RHM-esque position in the Blackbeard Pirates is actually Laffite being the Staff Officer. He was the only BB Pirate with a position of authority in the crew pre-ts & still maintains that position post-ts. Even his gallery memo implies this

Yeah, Burgess and Lafitte seem like they were with Blackbeard since Day 1.
