Basically they copy somebody's role and can investigate them this way + use their abilities.

It was just then when Kil'Jaeden went out and opened a portal summoning some imps at someones house, univited even! Could Kil'Jaeden learn to knock on the door the next time? I doubt it as Kil'Jaeden was soon thereafter spotted trying to immitate a hero, protecting someone.
What is it now, he's still at it?? Kil'Jaeden yet again barging in someones door, can someone stop this man?? Now he's shrieking at the poor someone who is sleeping in his house. Well, he was sleeping, but now he's busy holding his hears shut, disabling their passives - except it didn't.

And somewhere in the floor of tin was Kil'Jaeden who just can't stop his home invasion spree. He made a perfect copy of someone.
