Basically gram was trying to find bad people using full details of Flowers flip which he had access too, he thinks TAC is bad and responsible for that murder

I think he has info on Dest too but could also just be a heavy scum read, I'm struggling to see much in the way of concrete mechanical red check but he seems very confident on Dest being bad with little reason other than leaning into his own inactivity. There's also a line about how Dest can only be bad based on his extended knowledge of the 'miscreants' that have come before him .

Zolo - It's normal for him to be inactive so I can't say if he is scum or not.

Kil'Jaeden is not a player... it's a separate role granted to a player without their knowing. The player and the LC role are only connected in that the LC dies with the player, and can only be found/killed by inspecting/exorcising the player.
Legion Commanders are nobody, it's just a floating role in the game, tied to a player.
