Sanji having an Exoskeleton also means Oda wouldn’t expand on His Haki anymore which every Top Fighter Specialises in.
This also means that initially Sanji’s attacks would not have affected Queen thus making it seem like Queen would have most probably won this duel.

If we go by 5 act structure that this probably is act 4. Act 4 is climax. And the climax usually is wrapped up pretty quick. I think Wano is nearing 150 chapters and if we getting a 5 act act 3 will probably end by chapter 150 of Wano and maybe Wano as a whole ends on chapter 200 of Wano. Because act 4 and 5 are a lot shorter than act 3.

The thing is that is lightining blue, he was always supposed to have lightining, Sanji was supposed to have stealth

The stealth is the suit. None of the other guys have fire powers, and lightning blue can use his lightning outside of the suit.

I'm pretty sure the kids are all products of Judge stealing everything he could from MADS. Ichiji is lasers from vegapunks early experiments with kizaru, Niji is mink DNA from Lindbergh giving him electro, Sanji is lunarian DNA giving him fire powers, Yonji is a cyborg like queen, and Reiju has poisons and bioweapons like Caesar Clowns research
