Contrast with Luffy who is fighting Kaido and confidently saying he will beat Kaido as he smiles.

Obviously this means that King is much stronger than Queen, and not that Zoro isn't the Top Tier you think he is. If Sanji is looking good against Queen, it also doesn't mean Sanji is strong, it means Queen is much weaker than King and stuff like that, so that way Sanji can compete

Where is the low diff win, Zoro is on a time limit unlike everyone else, he needs to take down King ASAP moreso than Sanji needs to take down Queen.
Sanji and Zoro's rivalry is clear and persistent to this day, nothing other than a high to extreme diff fight is happening.

New move doesn't equal to a power up
Crossing 6 paths is a new move yet not a power up

Power up would be like Shi Shi Son Son which Zoro unlocked mid fight
And if Zoro needs a power up to beat King but not Kaido then King is above yonko level
