Not really gag, he never got his bones broken in long time not even facing 3 YCs on his own. It's only due to RS making his body feel uneasy, not because enemy overpower him.

I'm talking about potential gags on the sunny being dislocated or folded like a piece of paper by Nami and still being fine or something like that.. His exoskeleton is sort of giving him Zombie like property to a certain extent, a malleable rubberless Luffy..
