Cutting buildings is not a feat lol, that is basic shit.
Look at the panel, they took a bit of damage... went FLYING (good knockback) but they are all whole, no one lost any parts.
King is focusing all his effort on swinging his wings back and forth to do this, if you want to make a fuckign FAIR comparison to "Kaido's AP" then have him actually swing his arms like his Vajra Arrow, rather than just use a breath ability he can use while talking in 993.

Zoro REDIRECTED Kaido's unfocused airslash, he didn't need to block it because it wasn't dead center.

This is exactly what I expect from Queen vs Sanji before the germa 66 genes awaken and before he wears the Raid Suit, Queen is pretty much mid diff Sanji in the fight.

This is pretty much like Doffy vs Gear 2/3 Luffy, which makes sense as I see Queen and Doffy around the same tier, and I see Sanji (No Germa genes/No raid Suit) around Gear 2/3 Luffy (Dressrosa) level.

Depends combine with his exoskelton, AP, and Haki, he can break even COA swords if he hurting Queen who isn't harm by weapons as that.
