And why can’t they?

The weakest Yc1 was ragdolling Zoro last weak
Too bad he didn't ragdoll Zoro.

King, one of the strongest YC, used partial Zoan mode for strength, high-end name divine attack for power and high speed for more momentum to overpower one of Zoro's mid level attack. Even then he King couldn't fully overpower Zoro. Some of Zoro's tiger hunt broke through and damaged his mask.

His attack couldn't even make Zoro bleed directly. Zoro's injury came from being pushed through the ancient giant skull wall. Zoro failed to knock Zoro off the island. Zoro didn't need a in battle power up to return to the island and fly through the sky.

No, but I want Sanji to not feel indebted to his father and focus more on his fathers side. That would be more positive for Sanji emotionally I think.

Like, Sanji is a good person because of the actions of his mother, not his father.
He will never feel indebted
BUT
Sanji should grow as a character and accept “where he came from and who he is” which is different from being indebted…

a fact to remember is sanji's DJ remains the same even after this exoskeleton (assuming its not a genetic addition)

The genetic modifications brought forth superhuman strength to the siblings...sanji is already pretty super human but still unsure if he got that buff as well as exoskeleton (Sanji only mentions how his body is like his siblings.. guess that will have to wait till its revealed)

So technically sanji still has to go about Queen's durability somehow.. seeing how he hasn't intensified his flames and how pissed he is.. that might happen and sanji would start doing really serious damage to Queen..

this chapter's grill shot wasn't as significant in power as was the FMI Grill shot which was used with an intensifies DJ under water

compare the area of damage and DJ of this picture with the second one

so not only the surface are of the impact of the attack is much bigger but the intensity of DJ.. is greater (star shaped)

even without the plot-induced powerup.. i believe sanji and Queen would have proceeded to fight for a while until sanji started using star DJ and high caliber moves with it.

Careful now, that sword might get stuck in your throat

The weakest yc1 lost to wci luffy who then got one shot by base kaido
Not the one fighting someone who has feats against hybrid kaido.
BM's non commander Pero was as strong as Jack, Cracker and Smoothie were above him and Katakuri was way above them, so if anything he is the second strongest YC1 after Beckman, while King is confirmed the weakest.
