It's very likely multiball because the death totals plus the Mafia Ekko flipped as being referred to as the "Super Perverts" Mafia suggests that another Mafia at least is present hence why it's given a name instead of just "Mafia".

If Mafia's AFK then that would make sense, but the fact of the matter is 3 people wound up dead, so we can at least say that there must've been at least 1 scum action.

Could've been redirects etc and other things that don't show that scum used. But yeah, hard to think only 1 scum action happened during the night.
