Midnight claimed his role gave him a list of Mafia abilities used during the DP, and used it to say Doflamingo was in the game. Now we have seen flips from two seperate Mafias and Doffy fits neither. Which means Doffy is at best an Indie. Thus doesn't work as how Midnight described.

Dest is a waste of a vote today. He's applied effort to his pushes and I too saw what he saw in Nick's play.

The ability makes no sense. Given that we can track most abilities to town at this point (Enryu namely) having a town ability that can only report scum day abilities is incredibly convenient and he's mostly withholding the information too.
