What does Kaku deflecting one of Zoro's attack has to do with a different attack from Zoro? Answer, nothing.

It's normal for characters to have different attacks that are on different levels.

Kaku has an attack able to cut the tower in half. Plus has an attack that creates small needles. Those two attacks are on two completely different levels and serve different purposes.

His fighting wasn't completely changed since killer himself never said so. He never stated his fighting still was completely changed since he was still using his speed to evade etc which is his fighting style. He wasn't mental hindered since the ajime neither the manga showed it. And he wasn't physically hindered (lack of speed). Which means he was still getting blitz the same way regardless. Even more so if zoro wasn't distracted by another person that was attacking him at the same time

This entire arc is about the fall of the old Rox Captains (Kid/BM) and the rise of the Worst Gen Captains.

That don't fucking matter. It's going to take a lot more than Kid getting rid of a headache for him and Law to stand a chance of beating Big Mom, whom they can't even damage in the slightest at the moment.

Like I've said a million times before, beating big mom isn't the same as beating kaido. All they realistically need to do is chuck big mom off onigashima, have her bump her head on a rock on the way down, and turn her back into O-lin. Big Mom's been screwed by similar scenarios multiple times in the past.

All Oda needs to do to create that scenario is give the two of them a power up and possibly a heal. This isn't out of the question given that momo will probably have his own hour of legends holding onigashima above the capital.

That's not what the panels showed though and the example you used was poor since zoro was physcially fatigued. Killer was not physcially fatigued when he went into fight zoro as kamazo. Zoro didnt have his other blade, was starving, probably poisoned while being attacked by someone else and still had movement speed and reaction speed above killer. Does killers weapon increase his movement speed or reaction speed? No. So exactly what was killer going to do if he had his actual weapons that was stopping himself from getting blitzed by zoros onigiri?
