From the looks of it there is an even spread of characters. Obviously one series will have 1 extra which is apparently Bleach. There are 7 Bleach flips and Fuji is fully confirmed and Juliet all but confirmed in my eyes so I'm confident in assuming that the one with the extra representative is Bleach.
If we assume Lind was Law that means all being true One Piece would also have 9 reps, with Naruto only 7. I'm... just not sure I buy that. Which would indicate that the liar is between the One Piece claims.
