Another issue is how is it now that awakening is affecting people instead of the surroundings. Kata and Doffy should have been able to turn people into moshi or strings if that's the case.

LUFFY- luffy actually LEARNED and TRAINED Ryou ,and Acoc has the same concept as Ryou, thats why luffy could use It so fast after he realize kaido was coating his coc in his hits.

ZORO- Emmna since the beggining was explained being Crazy and diferente sword that absorbs the users haki, and zoro also TRAINED with It, and was able to use It better for his battles.

SANJI- Both radsuit and exo were explained in the previous Arc and used in wano, makes total sense. Build up for It.

KIDD and LAW - Their PU are EXACTLY what happend to the Strawhats in Ennies lobby, out of nowhere, BUT, they are NOT the protagonists , we dont follow their FULL journey as we do with the SH, so they could have TRAINED It before and thats It. The same excuse dont work for the SH, was literally out of nowhere and we follow them.LOL

Oda did wayyyyy better here than in Ennies lobby.
