I think they'll get new power-ups if they're gonna win.
lol
what will be your conclusion.
you kept saying it wont happen
For Hordy Jones, it took an attack that was going to destroy a ship half the size of an Island to put him down.

In the Caesar fight, Luffy blasted him through gigantic steel door, and sent him flying halfway across the Island to put him him down.

In the Doflamingo fight, it took a KKG which sent him into the ground so hard, it folded a City in half.

In the Cracker fight, it took blasting him through 3 Biscuit solders (Durable enough to shrug off G3 like it's nothing) and sending him halfway across an Island to put him down.

The Katakuri fight is the only exception to this. But that fight took place over the course of 11 hours, and Katakuri gave himself a near fatal wound to his stomach, and accumulated a ton of damage in the time frame before he finally fell.

Defeating these enemies, who only have a fraction of the level of durability that Big Mom has, took high end, terrain altering attacks. Putting down a Yonko who can withstand mountain and Island busters like it's nothing, needs to be showcased in the most grandest fashion imaginable, with the highest tier level attacks, after they've accumulated tons of damage.

Kaido has currently sustained an unfathomable amount of damage in preparation of his defeat, and the prospect of destroying the entire island of Onigashima in conjunction with his defeat is extremely high.

If Kid and Law somehow managed to pull off a W here, it will not be by KOing her. She's only suffered one serious attack, and Law and Kid are fastly approaching their limits. Incapacitating her in some round about manner is the only way her "losing" would make any kind of sense in regards to how high that Oda has set the bar for a Yonko to be KOed.

Oda and his poor writing with Luffy to create fake tension or drama. Wano other characters performance puts Luffy in shame for his pathetic display throughout the timeskip. And here people say Oda sucks too much of Luffy. Irony.
Putting fight aside, Oda made Luffy too cocky and overconfident, When Zoro and Law were protecting Luffy, he was doing his own thing, didn't even bother checking on Zoro. Not to forget lack of character moments in the raid, its all just get defeated -> gets up->fights and get cocky-> gets defeated.
Even WCI was better in that regard, with whole Luffy Sanji conversation.
But Oda said fuck Luffy, lets give spotlight to Zoro and Sanji.
Oda doesn't care about Luffy's relationship with Nami and Zoro, its always one sided, Luffy doing his own thing while Zoro/Nami just doing everything for Luffy.

Invincible body doesn't mean unbeatable. How strong was he when he lost all those times? Did he have his devil fruit each time? There is a lot we still don't know. Don't forget the Marines will use QAq
seastone in battle to weaken their opponents.

How many times did Rodger and whitebeard fight him? If any. We know WB chose not to go to Wano to fight him after Oden's death. The first time he saw Big Mom after the Rock Pirates was during this arc. Yonko don't go around challenging each other.

You missed the point that I'm trying to make. If the manga wants to let us know a character receives of a lot of damage from the internal attack the manga will tell us. Doffy had his organs ripped apart by Law. We couldn't see it but the manga let us know what occurred.
My bad
