well well , since it seems very likely that Barto will come to Wano even just because of his DF , what about Mr 2 , i wanna see those 2 DF in wano just because they were used by the enemy at that time .
but how can we get Mr. 2 to Wano when he is in impel down ?
well just crary scenerio Sabo and the revos was really captured and sent to impel down . Mr2 rescued them and they all traveled to Wano using the flying Karazu , and maybe Pell in case if vivi was in impel down as well . just imagine really, why is Mr 2 still in impel down?

he is not better just the barrier cannot be cut easily even Oden who was probably better than Zoro was not able to cut it , but he cannot maintain the barrier forever and cannot defeat Zoro head on either . but he might last enough till his stamina is gone

Still Orochi did something ...some blackmail to stop Oden.
