I still thinks this is a false flag Plan of Franky. They plan for 5000 people with them. And orochi knew this numbers. He destroys then the ships of the fleet for 5000 people. We saw the destroyed ships. But the false flag ships, the right ones are already in the sky, flying like lanterns to start the war from the sky!

that might be true , but those who will come have their own ships as well. so i am not saying that the ships will be used for them but the number would be correct at the end
