Pasta is better for the lactose intolerant . You can't make Pizza without cheese and that has lactose.

Same, I'm not a fan of any type of tomato sauces. I also don't like spagetti noodles, even though others are fine, like Angel hair, but spagetti noodles I feel are too think. Which is funny because I love fettuccine noodles.

Problem is many don't know how to make good pasta. Well similar thing could be said for pizza but at least we have some big brands specifically making good pizzas.

Guess that's one of the good things about my family being Italian. We make good pasta.
