According to some special guys, the battle of 5 Supernovas and the 2 Yonkos at the Rooftop of Onigashima Castle is...Filler

In the first place the rooftop is a fanservice fight where author wanted to make shine the main characters, so Kid and Law forgot overall about their abilities. Heck, even Killer could have damaged them more than Zoro with his internal attacks.

In the second place, awakening is a last card, which spends a lot of energy, quite explicitly explained in the last chapter. You should reread it. Or return to high school to learn some basic comprenhension skills.

Like how tf can a battle that was drawn by the author himself in his own manga, not a spin-off, not a color spread for some novels like ace novel, but for his own fucking manga be filler?


I cant imagine the level of copium one has to consume to claim such things

Not on board with the filler faction, but in a sense it's really just an accumulation of target practice feats for the most part.
No one bar pre advCoC Luffy, Killer and Zoro went really all out, Kaido even turned on his legendary Zoan form in order to become an overgrown sand bag.

Scaling someone's 1on1 prowess on basis of their rooftoop feats just won't do it... Probably what they mean with that. But at the same time that's not to take anything away from different individual feats.
