The problem with your argument is that it's categorically the wrong move if he's just lying scum, it presumes that he isn't that he will self resolve.

Like even if you believed Ali was indie here killing him for info would be a great way to identify potential scum, Ekko looks motivated as fuck trying to push a cfd.

my money is on the 4th scenario. i do think hes non mafia, but i dont necessarily think hes protown either. i think hes more so neutral and is hiding some stuff about his role.

would i lynch him day 1 if it was up to me? nope
would i ever let him go forever? also nope

are there better lynches and pushes to be made for info? absolutely. dest/zolo/lanji or even you ultra are better options imo
