in the one piece world, animals have unique abilities that they don't have irl. When Queen talked about the brachio-snake, he made it seem as if in the one piece world, normal brachiosauruses can actually do that.
King is so much stronger than Queen

His Brachio Bomber would never hit in a real battle (where the opponent doesn't go wandering in a weird mental state)
His viruses get spread by a weapon that Base Zoro casually destroyed with a Hakiless nameless one sword flying slash
His only decent attributes are toughness (easily tanked Pre Power up Sanji's hits, but those hits are so much weaker than even Dressrosa Gear 4, so hardly impressive) and the Brachio Snake (that of all people would never work on King).
King is on a completely different level, he is a well rounded killer warrior with some impressive attributes.
He has a move similar to Brachio Snake but stronger. He has the beak charge attack plus some kind of long range gatling. He is very fast, mobile and reactive. He has sword skills and Haki strong enough to fight on par with Zoro.
He is tanking without trouble attacks from Zoro, who could hurt Kaido for real.
He has his fire which is hella strong (Marco to block an attack needed to use the same move he used to block Kizaru's Yasakani Magatama). He has a defense that makes him tougher even than Kaido (easily blocks Zoro's Tatsumaki, a move that cut through Kaido's scales and made him vomit blood).

Where is the "strange haki" that comes from Enma? so this tatsumaki is weaker than the one Zoro used against Kaido and still he needed to block it instead of tanking it, did King tank Ashura and Gamma knife? or adv COA attacks from Luffy and the scabbards? Marco's knee made him bleed lol heck even Onigiri
