Zoro is the one talking, he says dragons and dinos, Kaido and King, Lueen isn't part of the discussion regardless of how bad you want him to be.

On the other hand Queen is a top notch Cyborg who can do stuff very similar to Kizaru's attacks
Not surprisingly Queen ignored Big Mom's attacks like it was nothing, looked even better against Marco.

That old lady that appears is the same that appears in the cover of chapter 727. So, let's get to the numbers now. Chapter 727 is the mark from 400 chaptesr from 1127 (hitotsunagi). In the cover, there is 4 X (which could represent the four coordinates that the Lode Poneglyphs indicate) and this old lady is at the middle of the four.
Now, she appears again in the cover art and from 1032 we just have 95 chapters to get 1127. And another interesting fact: Yamato, which could be the parallel to Oden, is going after the old woman.

And King's durability while using his defense is better than Kaido's scales. Glad that we're in agreement.

The only Dinosaurs Zoro knows about are the Beast Pirates and the only Dragon he knows about are the Punk Hazard dragon, which he sliced effortlessly, and Kaido/Momo.

I think that they on average are much stronger.
Their physical make up (dura/strength) seems to be incredible, greater than the minks and fishmen overall. Can't forget that the dukes or Jimbei are prime examples of their own race aswell, but they seemingly got nothing on King's dura and strength as it seems, indicating higher natural potential to me.
But the deciding factor would imo be their abilitiy to fly and their control over fire.
Even if weaker lunarians get outmuscled by some Sulong minks for example, they could still stick to flight+long range fire nuke. Afterall that's their natural ability, independent of King's individual status and its a decent and effective strategy.
I for example cannot imagjne a guy like Jack successfuly raiding them, even if most of them might not even be high or stronger mid tiers overall.
As a collective they must have been an incredible fighting force.
One S-class DF power spam and they still are dying like flies tho lol
