Oda doesn't care about IRL biology. There's a reason why even normal attacks can injure the Ancient Zoans. They don't have what Kaido has and they certainly don't need Shockwaves to bypass their "hides", normal attacks would suffice.

King is special since he has something else entirely, not a "hide".

But there is still a spectrum, you can be as strong as Mihawk or as weak as Big Mom.

Oden is some where in the middle of that spectrum but he's closer to Big Mom than he is to Mihawk

Queen isn't just a massive Ancient Zoan like the Brachiosaurus, he is a complete Cyborg, this surely adds much more to his durability

It isn't like all Ancient Zoan users were equally as durable, not at all, just like King has a bonus on his stats by being a Lunarian
