If this is the case there's 2 possible ways for Zoro to defeat King.

1 - hit King with an attack so powerful it's too much power for him to absorb and the attack damage him.


2 - hit King with an attack so powerful it oveloads his absorption power causing to unintentionally explode and damage himself.

You could be onto something here.

In Fire Force, it's a bit different. Charon (the guy with the white headband that covered his eyes) releases explosions if he gets hit by other people. And brute force alone won't overcome him. He's considered the reflector because of his ability to absorbed physical attack and sent them back at his opponent. Shinra (the spiky black hair guy) manages to "beat" Charon by getting close to Charon and uses his attack right at the same time when Charon reflects his attack onto him (cuz Charon can't absorb and sent an attack back at the same time).

It's drawing out more haki than zoro currently can without enma. More than zoro can naturally wield on his own. The haki enmas drawing out is clearly already inside of zoro.

These scene proves otherwise.

If it was more haki than Zoro could draw out on his own than he wouldn't have been able to flow all of his haki back into his arm.

Enma does draw out dangerously large amounts. More than Zoro would like if he doesn't regulate it.

Katakuri is honestly the most underrated character in One Piece, almost all of his downplay coming from pubescent Zoro fans who use Zoro’s power level to compensate for their own lack of confidence in their dick sizes and inability to copulate with the opposite sex. zoro didnt even know he had coc till maybe after he scarred kaido but he is using it now .

Yeah if it's about Luffy usually the ones being against it are the ones who thought Zoro should get it first or something. I guess unconscious basic CoC -> conscious basic CoC (fodder knock) is fine for Zoro's CoC blooming. From that point on to black lightning CoC like Dressrosa-WCI Luffy (against Dofla or Kata) is a also okay.

But, if the black lightning Oda depicts in Zoro's sword is gonna be more like Wano Luffy's black lightning instead of WCI Luffy's black lightning, Oda rushes Zoro's CoC progression too much imo, maybe its because Luffy may get [awakening + no-touch-skysplitting AdvCoC-DF fusion] in G5 which is gonna be way too much gap regarding CoC. So Oda makes Zoro at least reach Luffy's black lightning phase, to try to chase Luffy's a bit CoC-wise.
