Not a good AP feat for Sanji. I would say not even a good defensive feat for Queen. If Sanji is doing no damage why Queen's defense would be impressive about that?
Oda failed to portray Sanji's AP in order to make Queen's durability somewhat relevant.

Let's not forget he got one-shotted by Amnesia BM who most likely didn't used any king of Haki. Queen's defense is not impressive, which makes Sanji's AP a shit.
