The problem with the idea of adv CoA for Sanji is that it would kinda defeat the point of haki specialization. He specializes in CoO so if Oda gives him adv CoA, he'd need to get adv CoO as well to remain more proficient with CoO, but then he'd be too broken. Only Luffy as the main character should be able to get perfect mastery of every color of haki.
