Oda dropped the ball hard on Yonkos. Unless Teach is a GOAT villain, Yonkos will be remembered permanently as a gang of mistakes (more so than they already are).

Eh, wouldn't even put Kaido/BM in the same gradient as Shanks/BB. Those 2 are far more important/mysterious character that have been around over twice as long

popularity doent lie, the second in command 4 of them are in the top 20 (world wide poll). More than the number 1. That should tell you that Shiryu will climb very soon in popularity and be a valid candidate for Zoro.
