Rocket Shoes boost speed and agility

Genetic Mods multiply Sanji's Strength exponentially more than Sanji wearing the raidsuit (which is how Sanji became exoskeleton Sanji)

One adds to sanji's strength (raid suit)

The other one multiplies it (genes buff)
