To me the worst part of Wano is the ADHD pacing. Had Oda simply used the *and now we flash back 20 minutes again, and see what occured in the Skull Dome* mechanic so that fights could get their 1-4 chapters (and luffy vs kaido perhaps intermixed in since its quick panels and occured throughout other things), Wano would be a much easier & enjoyable read. Queen & Sanji technically "fought " for something like 10-15 chapters, right? But it only actually feels like 1, maybe 1.5 chapters...well the boring laser spam didnt help.

Not only are the scabbards poorly written, the fights in Wano are disappointing.

The story is meh, the fights are meh, the character moments are few and far between.

I have no idea how someone can consider Wano a top arc at this point.
